I like being able to search for jobs with the help of AI and ChatGPT using @ZipRecruiter. I also like the 'how strong a match I am' for different roles based on my skills and experience feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate the most about Zip Recruiter is the AI function. You apply for a job and it automatically starts looking for work related to what are you searching or applying for. In addition, it will randomly update you on possible opportunities you may not have been searching for. Also, most job postings are transparent with their salary rates. Ziprecruiter has a wide range of job search with a single job post it automatically displays in 100+ job boards which brings the suitable candidates displayed at the top which saves me time. ziprecruiter has a large database with a lot of resumes in the portal, i also get faster responses from the candidates i reach less i do less manual sorucing in the ziprecruiter, with the help of filter i do not get any irrevelant profiles, it is easy to adopt for new users with its simple dashboard. it is also easy to access through mobile which is helpful. sometimes AI provide candidates who are not suitable for the job description they will be completly from a different domain, single candidates apply in different job boards leading to duplicate profiles, manual screening is required as it doesn't always provide the right match, for job roles like java, python, servicenow, salesforece we get too many profiles which is hard to source, not the best one for niche roles.
